Lifelong innovation

Lifelong innovation is one of my passions.  Whether the subject is some area of life, a process or a product, I’m wired to look for continuous improvement.  I’m certainly not a subscriber to the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” crowd.  Rather, I’m a “why not do it some other way?” disrupter.

I love using a Decision Network as a innovation framework.  Every decision can become an innovation node, a point to ask “Why not some other way?” again and again.  Once you generate multiple new answers (some of which can be really out there to stretch your thinking), you can then look across the whole Decision Network and flow the ripple effect of one promising, disruptive idea to other decisions.  And then look for clever combinations of the best disruptive ideas.

You can also combine your new alternatives across multiple decisions to create new life, business or product scenarios.  These are alternative futures that you can choose to pursue.

Decision Driven® Innovation is fun and can lead to amazing insights.  It can help you break out of a rut and cause you to aim high once again.
